Worcester Academy’s Strategic Plan for 2025–2030 reflects a defining moment in the life of our school.

Shaped through months of conversation, listening, and collaboration across our community, this plan articulates who we are, what we believe, and how we will move forward together. It builds on our nearly 200-year history while positioning Worcester Academy for the future with clarity and purpose.

We will strengthen our connection to the city of Worcester, using our location as a powerful extension of the classroom. Through partnerships and real-world learning, students will engage deeply with the communities around them and develop a strong sense of responsibility and belonging.

Cultivating Excellence through Faculty and Student Development

We will invest in the growth of our faculty and students, fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement. This includes supporting student well-being, expanding opportunities for innovation, and ensuring that every learner is both challenged and supported.

Unifying Vision through Institutional Alignment and Engagement
