Applicants looking to apply for Fall 2024, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Inquire.

Complete our online Inquiry Form. This tells us that you’re interested in exploring Worcester Academy. As soon as we have your information, we’ll send you some helpful printed materials through the mail and you will have access to your Blackbaud account – an online space that makes it easy for you to track and manage your application progress.

Step 2: Interview.

Schedule your tour and interview using the Blackbaud platform. Can't find a date or time that works for you? Contact us at 508-459-5841 and we will make it happen.

Step 3: (Optional) Register for Exams.

You may submit results from the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) or the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). Please note that standardized testing is not required. 
 
INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS
Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English proficiency by taking either the TOEFL or Duolingo English Test. Please email your scores to admission@worcesteracademy.org.

Step 4: Send Recommendations and Transcripts.

Have your school submit your transcripts and recommendations through Blackbaud. We require recommendations from your math and English teachers as well as a counselor/principal.

Step 5: Apply.

Fill out your application in Blackbaud. 
 
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY JANUARY 15
Decisions will be available on your Blackbaud account on March 8.

FINANCIAL AID APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY FEBRUARY 1
Financial Aid decisions will also be released on March 8.
