|  | Summer Forms and What to Do Worcester Academy requires that all students download, complete and return to the school a series of forms that will expedite Registration Day at the start of school. Click on either the Middle School Forms button or the Upper School Forms button to see instructions on the material that is required.
Please note the following:
- not all forms need to be signed and returned
- not all forms need to be printed, some are informational only
- some forms are specific to your child's grade level or residential status
We kindly request that you support our efforts to be an environmentally friendly school and only print those pages that need to be returned to Worcester Academy. Thank you. |
