Summer Camp Programs

Summer programs will account for some of the most treasured memories of your child’s lifetime. The opportunity to engage in new activities, make friends, gain confidence, and learn new things – all while having fun – is exhilarating, as well as invaluable to growth and development.

Worcester Academy Summer Programs offer a wide range of opportunities to meet all types and levels of interests. Many of our programs are drawn from the school’s challenging, comprehensive program of academics, athletics, and the arts, and feature seasoned and talented teachers and coaches from the Worcester Academy faculty.

Is your child interested in science? Check out our two-week experiential Science program. For the artistically curious young person, there’s our one-week Visual Arts program, or our two- and four-week Worcester Academy Summer Arts (WASA) program that includes a mix of musical and acting performances. Want more choices? The Robotics camp is two weeks of hands on experience and our Multimedia Media program is offered for one or two weeks. Both programs encourage creative exploration – the kind that stretches the imagination.

Worcester Academy also offers different one-week athletic specific programs in Soccer, Basketball, Football, and Volleyball. If your child wants a range of sports, or is a committed multi-sport child, take a look at our ever-popular and longstanding Sports Camp, which has two-, four-, and six-week options that give your child maximum exposure
to a variety of sports.

Worcester Academy is offering a three-week Summer Session for Worcester Academy International Students.  The program is open to new & returning Worcester Academy international students in Grades 9 to 12 and for any international student attending another New England Prep School in Grades 9 to 12. The program has students taking classes in SAT Prep, EFL and TOEFL Prep combined with activities.

All of Worcester Academy’s summer program directors and staff are committed to creating an engaging, constructive, and safe place for your child. Combine that with our camper-staff ratio of 8:1 and you have a day that is appropriately structured, with individualized attention, and, most important – fun!
